  • Responsible for deploying appropriately trained and qualified Field service Engineers & Technicians to meet the demands and schedules of customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining 100% accurate resource schedules using scheduling/dispatching platform.
  • Support field engineers as required through procurement of necessary materials and external labor. Ensure timely goods receipts for these items. Upon job completion, reconcile costs for time & material jobs and selected firm price jobs and invoicing those jobs to customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining monthly/quarterly resource forecasts for scheduled, planned, and proposed work.

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and Lightning
  • Experience supporting field service jobs using external labor procurement, materials procurement and invoicing of jobs as necessary, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience matching the technical skill sets of Field Service Team members to the needs of customers, fulfillment planning and capacity optimization
