  • Recommends new services and new industry markets that the company should actively pursue.
  • Maintains an active presence in the industry presenting at conferences, chairing panels, and identify strategic teaming partners and subcontractors.
  • Influence clients and effectively communicate Worley’s capabilities and how Worley can meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Develop and sustain market intelligence on customers’ current and future growth plans, projects, and expectations, along with monitoring competitor activities.
  • Develop teaming and pricing strategies and lead proposal and pricing reviews with functional and senior managers/leadership.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and technical experts.
  • Deliver individual and team sales financial goals / budgets and targets.
  • Develop group strategy and direct the preparation of proposals and presentations to win new business opportunities.
  • Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Conventional and renewable Power business unit.
  • Supports the preparation and ensures corporate approval of contracts for awarded projects/studies.
  • Develop new and leverage existing relationships and market reputation to establish / maintain key customer and strategic partner relationships using robust account management and zippering plans.
  • Leverage Customer Success Platform (Salesforce) to manage accounts, opportunities and maximize the use of CSP throughout the Global Sales and Marketing process. Responsible for data integrity in CSP.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Alignment with Worley's values, drivers, and commitment to customer service.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Conventional and Renewable Power sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America.
  • Strategic thinking that can develop and implement complex pursuit plans.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
  • Future focused and embracer of new technologies and bespoke solutions to address sustainability, the energy transition, digital realm and flexible commercial models of clients.
  • Demonstratable experience in all phases of power project execution.
  • Network of relevant key client contacts and ability to enhance customer relationships.
  • Experience proactively managing and collaborating across a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural organization.
  • Strong understanding of Power facility operations.
  • Good understanding of larger trends, technologies, and opportunities across all aspects of the Power business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
  • Experience of successfully partnering with, and influencing client senior management, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Exceptional skill in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability in making presentations to customers and management.
