Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance relating primarily to Mechanical Building Services Plant and System’s in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
Submitting concise & accurate reports of work carried out & time spent on tasks.

Conversant with Mechanical Plant/Plumbing related Building Services PPM's
City and Guilds Qualification in Heating and Ventilation OR Plumbing
A minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or ‘A’ and ‘B’. BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability and or HVAC certificates, equivalent qualifications,
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
Driving Licence
Completed a recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship (Preferred not Essential)
