Monitor and evaluate vendor/contractor performance to ensure alignment with quality and safety requirements.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure all HVAC systems meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and CMMS updates.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
Support the planning and execution of HVAC-related projects, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
Oversee HVAC operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective works across assigned facilities.
Prepare technical reports, root-cause analyses, and improvement recommendations.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive – HVAC to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HVAC systems and hands-on experience within the facility management industry.

Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, and troubleshooting practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced FM environment.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficiency in FM systems or CMMS platforms (preferred).
Minimum 10 years of HVAC experience within the facility management industry (mandatory).
