

Full‑service supplier and installer of flooring, cabinets and countertops for homebuilders and multifamily contractors
The Warehouse Associate is tasked with unloading, picking, and staging materials for jobs according to AWC protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. The role requires close collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, subcontractors, VP of Cabinets, account representatives, customer service representatives, and installation managers, adhering to Atlanta West policies and workflow procedures. Accurate order picking for load outs is a critical component of the position.
While the position does not include supervisory duties, the associate must follow company guidelines, policies, procedures, and applicable laws in all tasks.
The job demands regular physical activity, including frequent stepping on and off a forklift, constant walking throughout a 100,000‑sq‑ft warehouse, and using foot controls. Associates must lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 250 pounds occasionally, and operate equipment such as hand trucks and a cardboard baler.
