Coordinate telemetry installation works in new substations, including panels, batteries, chargers, and cabling.
Monitor and recommend improvements for telecommunication systems and procedures.
Participate in call duty and regular troubleshooting operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality customer outcomes.
Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of telecommunication equipment at substations.
Prepare detailed technical reports, protocols, and approval documentation for internal teams and customers.
Read and interpret technical drawings, cable plans, and site layouts accurately.

Hands-on experience with PDH, SDH, MPLS-TP, routing, and switching.
Experience working in international or multi-cultural teams.
Strong technical documentation skills and ability to translate plans into actionable site tasks.
Knowledge of Infinera MPLS-TP & TNMS, Digital Inter-trip equipment, Siemens L3/L2 equipment, and Fortinet Firewalls.
Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication technologies within power grids.
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.
