The Branch Manager role is responsible for profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for assigned locations, achieving EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals while safeguarding assets and associates. The manager ensures proper staffing, operational oversight, inventory management, customer relationship development, market strategy execution, vendor collaboration, compliance with regulations, and environmental health and safety.
Candidates generally need 7+ years of related experience and must be able to operate a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the work week, with a satisfactory motor vehicle record. Preferred qualifications include experience with sales order software (Oracle preferred), wholesale distribution background, and Spanish language proficiency.

The position offers a Colorado salary range of $75,900–$118,300 annually, with base pay determined by experience, skills, equity, and other factors.
