Assist, redline, review, comment in the Administration of all corporate contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, customer contracts, master services agreements, purchasing agreements, statements of work and vendor agreements
Draft representation and certification documents associated with RFPs and RFQs, commercial, and governmental contracts.
Assisting the Contract Administrator with various operational and contractual functions
