Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained and leveraged for reporting and forecasting
Resolve customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Create and shepherd inside sales strategy
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including lead qualification, quoting, and order processing

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Market Awareness: understands competitive landscape and customer buying behavior
