Floating‑DFW seeks a Property Manager who will drive sales, increase revenue, improve resident satisfaction, and elevate the community’s reputation. You will strategically direct and mentor a professional team while continuously solving problems for residents and staff.
In this role you will partner with leasing agents and maintenance staff, ensure work orders and unit turnovers meet S2 standards, and constantly look for ways to boost occupancy and resident retention. You will also develop new market strategies, manage budget allocations, and communicate key risks and opportunities to the executive team.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of property‑management experience, a deep understanding of Fair Housing and related regulations, and strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance and reliable transportation are required; familiarity with the ResMan platform is a plus.
The position operates Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturday 10 am‑5 pm, with the flexibility to work any day of the week as business needs dictate. Physical demands include climbing stairs, walking the property, occasional lifting, and extended periods of standing or sitting.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary with performance bonuses, commissions, and quarterly NOI bonuses.
