Analyze Days on Hand (DOH) vs. plan and implement corrective actions when targets are missed.
Review and revise schedules based on capacity constraints and customer delivery requirements.
Ensure documented posting processes are followed to maintain inventory accuracy.
Review and update inventory parameters to align with plant objectives.
Collaborate with production schedulers to ensure schedule compliance and optimal resource utilization.
Support phase-in/phase-out planning for new and discontinued products to minimize excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
Conduct weekly safety audits and report unsafe conditions.
Participate in daily GEMBA walks to identify process improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using S&OP forecasts.
Maintain replenishment signals for manufactured items to ensure smooth material flow.
Collaborate with the Supply Planning Manager to manage capacity requirements and ensure alignment with production schedules.
Monitor schedule attainment and lead root cause analysis for missed shipments.
Establish and adjust safety stock levels for finished goods.
Ensure supplier forecasts are shared and loaded appropriately.

ADTI is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Master Scheduler to join our Air Systems Components team in Norcross, GA. This role is critical to ensuring production schedules align with customer demand, inventory targets, and capacity planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive planner with strong analytical skills and experience in ERP systems, production scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
3+ years of experience in production scheduling or materials planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with complex BOMs and product transitions.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Experience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with PFEP (Plan for Every Part) methodology.
