Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing AHS performance, leading safety initiatives, driving continuous improvement projects, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical support to supervisors and technicians, overseeing hardware and software installation with quality assurance processes, measuring and reporting system performance, and developing best‑practice procedures for autonomous mining dispatch.
- Maximize Autonomous Haulage System performance.

Compensation includes a salary range of $88,000‑$110,000, an annual incentive bonus, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, a defined contribution pension plan, employee share purchase, disability and life insurance, and various employee assistance programs.
