

Structural steel fabrication and erection firm, builder‑focused, pioneering tech in North America’s complex builds.
The incumbent will facilitate beginner training for newly hired production workers, coaching and mentoring them in core shop fabrication techniques. By partnering with plant leadership, the trainer will design, roll out, and continuously improve the fabrication curriculum, ensuring trainees acquire the skills needed to become skilled American builders.
The role relies on daily use of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and requires operation of welding machines, cutting torches, grinders, and other heavy equipment to deliver hands-on instruction.
This full-time, experienced position is based in Lindon, Utah (Lindon-Shop) and falls under the Skilled Labor – Trades category. The role does not require travel and reports directly to the Plant Leadership Team.
Candidates must have at least five years of hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication—including welding, fitting, and machine operations—and 2-3 years of leadership experience. A high school diploma or GED, welding certification, blueprint-reading expertise, and OSHA certification are required, along with strong communication and teaching abilities.
