The Project Executive role leads vertical projects valued at $100 million or more, overseeing business development, project financials, scheduling, risk management, quality, cost control, and client relationships. The executive maintains strong ties with owners, subcontractors, and unions to ensure safe, economical, and expeditious project execution, while also supervising the project team and establishing operational priorities.
Ideal candidates possess strong leadership and communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to authenticity and integrity. They should have at least 15 years of commercial construction experience, a relevant college degree, and proficiency with construction technologies such as Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit. The role also requires physical stamina for regular site activities and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
