Tasks

As Senior Build Manager, you will oversee on-site delivery of a major residential development, managing the construction programme, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure the project runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. -Manage all site activities and ensure adherence to programme, cost, and quality targets. -Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination. -Report progress and issues to the Project Director. -Lead daily site meetings and liaise with project, design, and commercial teams. -Ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications. -Drive health & safety standards across the site.

What You Bring

This is a key leadership position on a fast-paced scheme, requiring someone with a strong track record in large-scale apartment projects and previous experience working for a Tier One Main Contractor. If you’re an experienced Freelance Senior Build Manager looking for your next major project with a Tier One contractor, please get in touch. -SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. -Background working for a Tier One Main Contractor is essential. -Ability to start at short notice and commit for the project duration. -Proven experience as a Senior Build Manager or Senior Site Manager on major new build residential projects. -Strong leadership and organisational skills.
