As Senior Build Manager, you will oversee on-site delivery of a major residential development, managing the construction programme, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure the project runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage all site activities and ensure adherence to programme, cost, and quality targets.
Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination.
Report progress and issues to the Project Director.
Lead daily site meetings and liaise with project, design, and commercial teams.
Ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
Drive health & safety standards across the site.

This is a key leadership position on a fast-paced scheme, requiring someone with a strong track record in large-scale apartment projects and previous experience working for a Tier One Main Contractor.
