Maintain accurate and timely data within Workday and recruiting dashboards.
Represent Kokosing at campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and networking activities.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall campus recruiting strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student groups to drive awareness of co-op opportunities.
Coordinate recruiting timelines and deliverables to meet hiring targets across multiple universities and disciplines.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for co-op roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
Act as a trusted point of contact for students throughout the recruiting process, providing a positive and transparent candidate experience.
Manage co-op program logistics including onboarding, orientation, performance check-ins, and program evaluations.
Track key metrics related to hiring volume, conversion rates, and diversity goals; report insights to leadership.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and ensure a consistent and inclusive selection process.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with Workday, or other ATS platforms and CRM tools.
2–4 years of experience in campus, university, or early-career recruiting (or transferable experience in talent acquisition, HR, or program coordination).
Knowledge of university recruiting cycles and best practices for early talent engagement.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience managing co-op or internship programs within a corporate environment.
