As Head of Marketing Change you will lead the marketing change programme, enhancing how marketing connects with customers, creates value, and drives business growth across our B2B markets.

The role will deliver multiple workstreams designed to strengthen marketing capability, build scalable processes, and enhance customer acquisition and engagement. You will act as a bridge between strategy and operations – leading change, embedding best practice, and enhancing foundations for commercial success.

  • Develop and execute the marketing roadmap to enhance agility, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Oversee marketing systems and automation improvements, ensuring integration with CRM and sales tools.
  • Establish governance frameworks for campaign planning, budget management, and performance measurement.
  • Champion data-driven decision making, ensuring insight is at the heart of all marketing activity.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity.
  • Lead and implement marketing change initiatives across teams, processes, and platforms.

  • Proven experience leading marketing change programmes in a dynamic, complex B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, automation, and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success building centres of excellence, scalable processes, and marketing operations frameworks.
  • 10 years’ experience in marketing leadership and change
