The Busser ensures the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. By supporting the service team and handling general sanitation duties, the Busser contributes to smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience.
- Arrive on time for each shift.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Support the culinary team when needed.
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
- Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas after guests leave.
- Reset tables with proper place settings per restaurant standards.
- Refill water glasses and deliver bread or other items to servers.
- Keep dining area, floors, and service stations clean.
- Remove trash and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist team members during peak hours for timely service.
- Adhere to HSEQ policies, complete training, and report hazards.

Work hours may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts lasting up to eight hours on foot. Employees must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lb and work under pressure during peak periods.
Effective teamwork and clear communication are essential for supporting both the service and culinary teams and ensuring timely, high‑quality service.
