As a Production Operator in the Fuel Cell division (EFOY), you will be responsible for assembling the company’s energy solutions using wiring diagrams, detailed work instructions, and corresponding parts lists.

  • Use the provided tool kit and perform regular maintenance and cleaning of tools and molds.
  • Ensure work remains within established parameters and guidelines.
  • Assemble products accurately by following production instructions and parts lists.
  • Follow the daily and weekly production schedule to meet targets.
  • Comply with established work procedures and quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Read and interpret technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Inspect, test, and measure mechanical components to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Report any non-conformities in raw materials or unexpected issues during the process to the supervisor.

  • Previous experience in production assembly environments is preferred.
  • A professional qualification, certificate, or diploma in a technical field such as electromechanics, electronics, or electrical engineering.

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus.
