Implement and manage an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tailored to the NPI scope, including establishment of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), progress measurement rules, and quantity tracking.
Ensure compliance with company governance, auditing requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Produce accurate monthly cost and schedule forecasts, variance analysis, and recovery/mitigation plans.
Manage the project controls team (planners, cost engineers, quantity surveyors, document controllers) and mentor junior staff.
Ensure integration of contractor schedules and cost reports into the master project controls system.
Drive schedule compression and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Minimum 10-12 years of project controls experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead role on mining or heavy industrial projects valued >US$150M.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
Previous employment with Tier-1 mining owners or major EPCM contractors in Australia, Canada, West Africa, or South America.
Exposure to Pronto, SAP, Prism G2, Acconex/Aconex, or similar enterprise systems.
