  • Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and propose suitable solutions.

  • Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise between the company and key accounts, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Light to medium physical demands: ability to physically make field visits, walk steep slopes, and traverse geohazards during site assessments.
  • Proven track record of winning work in the public tender/bid space.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with limited resources and infrastructure.
  • Ability to understand and create cost estimates.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned geographical region.
  • Understanding of construction practices and familiarity with heavy equipment.
  • Experience with B2W estimating software.
  • Specific industry experience is a big plus, focused on suitability and alignment of related experience, job requirements, and the ability to execute the roles and responsibilities within this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Ability to make decisions and assessments quickly and accurately.
  • Work location: candidate must be located in the state of Pennsylvania, preferably within a commutable distance of a major airport.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen towards deal making.
  • 8+ years of experience in a B2B account-based consultative selling environment.
  • Self-awareness, learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
  • Project management and estimating experience.
  • Customer-focused: exceptional focus on both internal and external customers. Understanding their needs and continuously finding ways proactively to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Company-sponsored travel required: approximately 50% regionally, including regular customer site visits and occasional overnight trips.
  • PE certification preferred, EIT acceptable
  • Experience with a Sales CRM system (SalesForce, Zendesk, etc).
