- Supervising drilling, well installation, and excavation activities.
- Oversee subcontractors during well drilling, abandonments, and excavations.
- Environmental sampling of soil, groundwater, and surface water per FDEP SOPs.
- Assist with pilot testing, system installation oversight, and injection activities.
- Support site assessments and tank closure evaluations.
- Contribute to technical reporting and documentation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, regulators, and clients.
- Perform soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling in accordance with FDEP SOPs.
- Conduct routine operations and maintenance of environmental remediation systems.
- Maintain accurate field notes and system performance records.

- Understanding of FAC Chapter 62-777 and 62-780.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Accurate record-keeping of field activities, system performance, and decisions.
- Ability to contribute to environmental reports and documentation.
- Familiarity with water level meters, PID, flow meters, etc.
- Experience assisting with pilot tests for remediation systems.
- 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
- Physical capability to lift equipment and perform physically demanding fieldwork.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and field-based role.
- Familiarity with UST closures, site assessments, and environmental compliance.
- Prior work with an FDEP-approved Agency Term Contractor.
- Exposure to remediation system construction and installation.
- Clear and professional interaction with coworkers, clients, and regulators.
- Hands-on experience with operating and maintaining remediation systems such as pumps, filters, and injection systems.
