In this role, you’ll own a defined enterprise territory, drive strategic engagement with NZ’s top 100 corporates, and work hand-in-hand with leading IT channel partners and key government accounts to deliver real transformation.
- Developing deep relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their digital strategy, and aligning solutions that drive results
- Building and managing a high-value pipeline using Salesforce and disciplined sales cadence
- Executing a quarterly/annual business plan across key verticals
- Understanding the Data Centre Business Ecosystem and identify new opportunities within client accounts
- Working closely with channel partners, system integrators, and contractors to create new demand and close business
- Championing Schneider’s sustainability and digital transformation value to your customers
- Identifying new project opportunities — fitouts, upgrades, hybrid IT rollouts — and bringing in the right mix of hardware, software, and services
- Work on meaningful projects that support climate action and digital resilience

- Understanding of critical power, cooling, edge computing, and DCPI solutions
- Experience working with or through the IT channel
- Background working with Co-Lo, Telco, or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing a pipeline, creating account plans, and navigating complex sales
- 3-5 years of sales outbound experience in the data centre Colocation & Telco industry with an interest in Digital Transformation
- A natural relationship builder who can engage strategically and consultatively at all levels
- Experience in or selling to Central Government agencies
- Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, and exposure to data centres, infrastructure, software, or hybrid IT
