Owning communications: Producing the weekly client updates that keep our customers informed and excited about their new office progress
Quality control: Managing snagging lists and site inspections to ensure the finish quality meets Kitt's high standards before handover
Managing details: Taking ownership of the "Add and Omit" schedule, ensuring budget changes are tracked accurately
Leading small projects: Taking full ownership of smaller projects, such as mobilising an already pre-fitted space, giving you the autonomy to run a job from start to finish
Supplier chasing: Instructing suppliers and relentlessly chasing internal and external teams to ensure we are on track to hit ambitious milestones
The right hand: Acting as the interface between the Senior PM and the wider delivery team and supply chain (suppliers / contractors, design, operations), ensuring instructions are clear and nothing falls through the cracks
