The Commissions Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of commission payroll processes and service levels to brokerage operations. This role ensures data accuracy across Salesforce, Callidus, and Workday and supports the Commission Payroll Manager and Senior Commission Analyst.
Key accountabilities include understanding complex brokerage deal management and commission payroll, developing technical expertise on the CW Brokerage platform, and delivering high‑level customer service to stakeholders such as Controllership, HR, Ops, Brokers, and IT. The analyst collaborates with the Help Hub Service Desk, executes payroll under strict controls to achieve a zero‑error environment, and assists with validations and reconciliations for terminated brokers.
Partnering with IT, the analyst explores automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention, while also working with HR and AP on processing pay files for commission payments and Client Fee Share Funds. Frequent communication with critical brokers and management at all organizational levels promotes a collaborative team environment within Commission Payroll and Accounting.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or payroll. Required skills include strong analytical ability, detail orientation, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and excellent oral and written communication; familiarity with Workday, Callidus, and Salesforce is a plus.
The position involves typical office work, extended periods of sitting, and regular use of a computer, phone, and written communication. Physical abilities needed include clear speaking, reading and interpreting information, and visual acuity for printed and digital materials.
