Requirements

Garney Construction is seeking a General Operator in Sarasota, FL. Candidates must have prior construction experience and will operate machinery for tasks such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, loaming, fine grading, and final cleanup, while also performing laborer duties as needed.

• Understand safe working loads and signal protocols.
• 3–5 years of construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
