- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license.
- Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple project tasks.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Familiarity with estimating software: ISqFt, ICE/Bid2Win, On‑Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam/PDF, Google Earth.
- Positive professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies.
- No visa sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
