Commercial Irrigation Division Manager

Description

The Commercial Irrigation Division Manager builds, scales, and supports commercial irrigation capabilities across the Conserva Irrigation franchise network, serving as a subject‑matter expert, trainer, and specialized Franchise Business Coach while reporting directly to the Brand President and partnering with franchise owners to grow profitable, sustainable businesses.

In collaboration with the leadership team, the manager establishes standards, training programs, pricing frameworks, and best practices for commercial irrigation services and acts as an enterprise‑level technical resource to ensure franchise success.

The role involves aligning commercial strategy with the Brand President and leadership, tracking and improving franchisee KPIs such as revenue, margins, adoption, and execution quality, and driving continuous improvement through data, feedback, and best‑practice sharing.

• Act as Commercial Franchise Business Coach, guiding franchise owners on readiness, pricing discipline, margin protection, and operational scalability through on‑site and virtual visits.
• Develop and refine the commercial irrigation business model, standardize services and scheduling, and create phased adoption paths with readiness criteria for franchise participation.
• Serve as the enterprise‑level technical resource for complex irrigation challenges, including residential support and expertise in central control platforms and communication protocols.
• Partner with leadership to design and maintain a scalable pricing matrix that reflects market expectations, service complexity, and margin requirements, and coach consistent pricing application.
• Design and deliver training programs and scalable playbooks for owners, managers, sales leaders, and technicians, covering service delivery, scheduling, technical competency, and sales fundamentals.
• Collaborate with the Brand President and leadership to align commercial strategy, track franchisee KPIs (revenue, margins, adoption, execution quality), and drive continuous improvement through data and best‑practice sharing.

Requirements

• Qualifications: 3+ years operational experience in commercial irrigation; strong technical understanding of irrigation systems; experience in business coaching, operations, or sales leadership; ability to influence without authority; willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Key attributes: credible commercial irrigation expert; strategic yet hands‑on leader; confident coach and communicator; passion for helping franchise owners build profitable, scalable businesses.
