Construction Superintendent

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep schedules and budgets on track
• Proactively resolve issues, enforce safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive project completion while keeping crews motivated and aligned
• Oversee all on-site construction activities and lead project teams to success
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across every phase of construction

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills to supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Familiarity with DOT specs, sitework processes, and safety compliance
• 5+ years’ experience in bridge, highway, or heavy civil construction (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the construction process from start to finish
• Comfort with technology, project tracking, and quantity reporting
