- Ad hoc reporting: Perform ad hoc analysis and other duties as requested or assigned
- Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement and process transparency
- Validation: Validate department-wide data sets and financials against source systems
- Monthly Closings: Assist in required monthly financial closing processes, regulated filing submissions or interrogatories, and other Finance related functions as needed
- Financial Analysis: Development of consolidated data, financial calculation and metrics, and reporting used in the analytics of DEV Finance
- Project Management: Project focused work in collaboration with various Finance teams to determine targeted data needs, assist in reporting design, and provide technical assistance

- 2-3+ years of directly related experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounting or Financial Planning Systems, Business IT Systems, or another related field
- Accounting or Financial Planning systems such as SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, EPBCS or similar
- Preferred Software Experience (Strong experience in at least one):
- Aptitude for continuous learning
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- 5-6+ years of directly related experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounting or Financial Planning Systems, Business IT Systems, or Other Related Field
- Experience in financial management and analysis, accounting standards and practices required
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, verbal and written communication skills
- Utility and/or relevant industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel (VBA), Power Query, or similar
- Knowledge: General financial planning and analysis concepts, general accounting standards and practices, utility and/or relevant industry knowledge
- Team player, analytical and customer focus skills
- Minimum Software Experience: Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Preferred Software Experience (in at least one):
- Other cloud computing or data tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, etc.
- Demonstrated competency in identifying and solving problems, and in logical and analytical thinking
- Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Oracle/Access/or other Database and SQL experience
- Good organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
