- Analyze production support tickets, identify, prioritize, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve security events and alerts while providing timely status updates to the SAP Security team lead on all work requests and issues.
- Perform user provisioning for non-production and production systems such as EE, BW/BI/BOBJ, E-recruiting, Master Data Governance, Enterprise Portal, GRC, Solution Manager, and PI by providing security access, administering support activities in SAP, and managing user access to support business operations in achieving ’s organizational objectives.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives related to SAP security tools and technologies such as version upgrades and enhancements as needed to continuously produce high quality and sustainable SAP solutions
- Manage, review, and analyze existing security access regularly and assist with researching, evaluating and recommending SAP technologies, innovations, and related hardware and software to continuously improve SAP solutions
- Document processes and miscellaneous security related items by updating standard operating procedures, creating process diagrams, and assisting in writing security policies to contribute to the standardization of security processes
- Provide ongoing technical guidance, advice, and assistance on SAP security by collaborating with the SAP team in cross training and mentorship and communicating with business users, support teams, customers, partner resources, and multiple project and sustainment teams to continuously build SAP security capability

- Exposure to cloud security models and hybrid architectures involving on-premises and cloud-based SAP applications.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, with the ability to align SAP security design with broader IT and business strategies - experience with automation of SAP security processes..
- 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security Architecture, including administration, role design, and project delivery across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SaaS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, CX
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and technology optimization, particularly in access management, identity governance, and compliance controls
- Certifications related to specific SAP SaaS applications or BTP security (nice to have)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP S/4HANA System Administration or similar security focus.
- Knowledge of audit and compliance standards such as SOX, NERC CIP, GDPR, and how they apply to SAP environments.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- 7 years of experience in SAP, with a strong foundation in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and SAP application security
- Experience in the utility industry, with familiarity in regulatory frameworks, operational risk, and compliance requirements specific to energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network
- Experience integrating SAP security with identity governance platforms
- Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
- ISACA’s Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
- Pay Rate: $82.80 /hour, depending on experience
