• Keep machines and tooling dialed in through smart maintenance and inspection.

Requirements

• Read and interpret fabrication and CAD drawings like second nature - including GD&T.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment• Laser-sharp attention to detail - you don't miss a thing• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and blueprints• Hands-on problem-solving skills for mechanical or process challenges• Self-motivated with a track record of following directions and delivering results• Professional, team-first attitude and pride in quality craftsmanship• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when production calls• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
