Evaluate and ensure proper procedures for crane lifts, excavations, electrical, and other high-risk activities
Lead and motivate a team of safety professionals on our jobsite, finding ways to help each grow and succeed
Maintain daily reports describing activities completed, critical conversations, issues, and other relevant items
Investigate and document all injuries, incidents, and near misses; identify the root cause(s); and implement corrective actions
Conduct various jobsite trainings for team members, and ensure that all training records are logged and maintained
Collaborate across the jobsite with Field Operations and Project Operations team members, as well as the General Contractor and other trade partners

Required: You have your CHST certification or are willing/eligible to sit for it
