Problem-Solving: Finding solutions to formwork challenges in different structural scenarios
Precision: Ensuring exact measurements and alignments for quality concrete structures
Maintain and care for equipment, tools, and materials used in concrete carpentry
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bracing of forms to meet specifications and ensure stability
Safety-Focused: Maintaining rigorous safety standards when working with concrete materials
Check completed formwork for quality, stability, and compliance with specifications
Strip and dismantle formwork after concrete has cured sufficiently
Install expansion joints and embedded items in concrete structures as specified
Construct and set forms for foundations, walls, columns, stairs, and other concrete structures
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, or other materials to create precise formwork for concrete pouring
