The Director of Engineering, TPI will report to the President, TPI and be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of new cGMP actinium‑225 production facilities. This role involves building and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, cost‑effective, and schedule‑adherent capital projects, including shielded hot‑cell containment, radiological transfer, and exhaust systems.

Lead engineering team delivering full design scope for new radioisotope production lines and cGMP facilities.

Communicate technical deliverable status, risks, and issues to project managers.

Oversee acceptance testing, IQ/OQ/PQ, turnover planning, maintenance development, and troubleshooting across disciplines.
Develop procurement packages and support efficient engineering procurements with contract administrators.
Manage external vendor technical scope to ensure reliable designs, on‑time delivery, and accurate fabrication.
Enforce consistent engineering design processes and best practices for internal and external projects.
Provide technical guidance during operations, maintenance, and upgrades, sharing lessons learned.
Perform intermittent repetitive tasks.

18+ years in nuclear/radiopharmaceutical industry with BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear Engineering (or higher degree with equivalent experience).
Proven leadership of engineering design and major capital projects from inception to operations turnover.
Minimum 6 years in technical management overseeing quality and project scope delivery.
Deep knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME NQA‑1, ASCE, ANS, ASTM, IEEE, NFPA, ICH, ISO) for cGMP facilities.
Experience designing, installing, and commissioning nuclear containment systems (hot cells, gloveboxes, shielded mechanics).
Familiarity with radiological and aseptic material transfer systems.
