Lead Construction Superintendent - Ground Up

Once that job’s finished, you’ll oversee the field operations on ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx. Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. Projects can typically range from $20m to $200m+ and have included projects of up to 55 stories.

You’ve taken buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and prefer working on big projects.

• NYC DOB Superintendents License
• Proven experience taking buildings out of the ground, of a minimum 20 stories and above
• Experience working on high-end residential/ mixed-use ground-up construction projects from start to completion in NYC
