- Design, develop, and implement analytical models and data visualizations to drive and support key business decisions.
- Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends, and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge.
- Identify process improvement initiatives leveraging advanced analytics.
- Support data analytics projects, audit fieldwork, and continuous monitoring initiatives.
- Provide technical support functions for analytics during the audit planning/discovery phases of audit engagements.
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Experience handling and processing data sets for analysis and/or audit reporting, required.
- Well-versed in Oracle Analytics Cloud Solutions, preferred.
- Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
- Proven track record of strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, especially around analytical concepts and methods, required.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Access for querying and managing audit-related data sets, preferred.
- Auditings DA COE is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our advanced data analytics capabilities. This position will be responsible for partnering with team members and customers to identify and develop analytical business solutions, using a variety of data, visualization, and AI tools to to present complex analysis in clear and understandable terms.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
- Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business or other related quantitative field such as Data Analytics and 3 or more years of relevant full time employment experience
- Experience using data analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau) to support assurance audits and ongoing monitoring, required.
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's License Required
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and impeccable attention to detail, required.
- Communicate and present analysis and complex ideas in easily understood terms.
- Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
- Holds professional certification or possesses substantial experience in applying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence within auditing contexts, preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant employment experience in an analytical field, required.
- Experienced in using statistical programming languages, such as Python, for analysis, preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI or Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance business processes, drive innovation, or improve decision-making.
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines
- Advanced proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Office tools, required.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and assignments efficiently while meeting audit support deadlines, required.
