- Identify and abstract critical data points such as lease dates, rental rates, operating expenses, and tenant responsibilities.
- Accurately input lease information into CoStar’s proprietary database, supporting our lease comp analytics.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain privacy and discretion with all data extracted from leases.

- A proven track record of commitment to prior employers
- Learn to read and interpret commercial real estate lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
- Academic coursework or internships related to real estate, legal studies, finance, or accounting.
- Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and adapt to proprietary systems.
- Experience working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reading comprehension skills.
- Natural curiosity, persistence, and interest in analytics.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
