Parts Office Associate (HVAC)

Description

• Provide general office support including documentation, data entry, and phone support
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and vendor communication
• Maintain and update inventory records accurately
• Assist technicians and customers with identifying, sourcing, and ordering HVAC parts
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professional communication
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient parts room operations

Requirements

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and order management systems (preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC parts, equipment, and terminology
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours
