- Provide training and documentation to help users effectively utilize data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data requirements.
- Conduct technical discovery to understand available data sources and apply best practices for transforming tables that are optimized for modeling and reporting.
- Develop and prototype dimensional models in Power BI including an advanced understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) Understand and analyze cardinality and relationships between different table structures, ensuring effective integration and interaction within data models.
- Develops Talent/Professional Development: Works with leadership to execute individual development plans for self and others. Makes time to become the best in their current role and to learn aspects of future potential roles.
- Create and design user-friendly interactive dashboards to allow stakeholders to quickly perform cross-sectional analysis for operational and portfolio key metrics.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, emphasizing the creation of efficient structures that maintain speed and flexibility for optimal data performance.
- Ensure data models and dashboards are ready for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve any issues during UAT.
- Drives Results: Works hard to ensure understanding of all critical performance targets. Lines up personal and team performance to deliver results. Accepts feedback and pivots activities and behaviors when needed to improve results.

- Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI Report Builder to generate PDF reports for Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Resilient: Stays abreast of results individually and for the team and reacts with persistence especially when results are less than planned. Keeps a positive attitude and entertains and develops ideas to enhance results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
