Plant Manager

Lead the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement standards. This position is key to ensuring product delivery according to specifications, optimizing resources, and developing the team under your responsibility.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as the DRIVE process.
• Coordinate resources to maintain stable operations and foster sustained growth.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and quality tools.
• Manage production, maintenance, quality, industrial safety, and warehouse processes.
• Implement and monitor compliance with the EH&S (environment, health, and safety) tactical plan.
• Develop staff through operational policies, training, and succession plans.

• 6+ years in Management positions
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations
• Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
• MBA Desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience as plant manager
