Operating a full sales desk – sales calls, answering leasing inquiries, providing community information and scheduling appointments with prospective residents.
Interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms, process rental applications and negotiate lease renewals.
Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes and performing follow-up in a prompt fashion.

At least two years of a successful sales track record in Multi Family required.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics

Lease up experience is required.
