- Independently manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers, ensuring consistent alignment and responsiveness across all interactions.

- Successfully execute and oversee transitions of freight shared services across global regions, with a strategic emphasis on North America and Latin America.

- Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for analytics and strategic decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of Freight /Logistic SLAs, KPIs, and key performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with no compromise on clarity and professionalism.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing end-to-end processes including supplier inquiries, freight invoice handling, freight audit, and dispute resolution.
- 9 to 17 years of professional experience in Freight Shared Services, including Freight Audit, Freight Payment, SAP Transport Management, and logistics.
- Educational qualifications: B. Com / MBA / M. Com Graduate.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently handle internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers.
- Successful implementation of transitions across global regions, with a strong focus on North America and Latin America in Freight shared services domains.
- Proficiency in SAP-ERP systems is a must.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 5 team members.
