Key duties include receiving, prioritizing, and coordinating preventive maintenance and repair work orders, scheduling regular inspections, diagnosing equipment issues, maintaining vendor relationships, and documenting all activities while supporting safety programs.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, six or more years of industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of metal‑finishing processes, and proficiency with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and automated control systems.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in Industrial Technology or Maintenance, experience with PLCs, welding and laser‑cutting operations, and the ability to read electrical schematics and perform precise calculations.
The position offers an hourly wage of $30.00 to $38.00, with raises and promotions based on performance, and follows a 4/10 work schedule of Monday through Thursday with required overtime on Fridays.
