Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, motors, and equipment.
Learn how to troubleshoot and repair controls, drives, and electrical components for conveyors, crushers, pumps, and other mining machinery.
Use tools and testing equipment under the guidance of experienced electricians.
Help with regular equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
Read and follow diagrams, schematics, and instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly.
Follow all mine safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety rules.
Work closely with fellow team members to ensure operations run smoothly.

Conduit installation and maintenance experience.

Understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) and MSHA regulations.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Travel is required, including some extended stays and varying locations.
Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
Valid electrician license or certification as required by local/state regulations.
Knowledge and ability to learn electrical safety procedures.
Comfortable working at elevated heights and changing conditions with proper PPE and safety equipment.
Safety 24/7 attitude and practice.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience and task trained in the operation of a man lift or bucket truck.
Ability to use hand tools and follow safety instructions.
Willingness to learn troubleshooting best practices for electrical and mechanical systems.
Workday application experience.
Must maintain a valid driver's license
