Description

• Collect, post, and deposit move‑in funds
• Prepare and execute lease paperwork while maintaining compliant files
• Open the office and ensure model/vacant apartments are show‑ready
• Deliver impeccable customer service and respond to resident concerns
• Coordinate property maintenance and resolve resident issues
• Conduct move‑in inspections and assist with lease renewals
• Perform weekly walks and inspections of community grounds
• Show apartments, process applications, and explain lease terms
• Maintain amenity areas
• Shop competitors and conduct outreach marketing (e.g., knock/DAR)
• Support resident engagement efforts and special events
• Attend and participate in all company meetings, events, and trainings
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and embrace new responsibilities

• Minimum two years of sales or customer service experience; property management leasing experience a plus
• Familiarity with RealPage or similar property management systems desirable
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service skills
• Self‑starter attitude with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Collaborative, team‑oriented, and curious mindset
