The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Facility Director and oversees all assigned personnel, ensuring the property remains in good physical condition. Responsibilities include supervising work orders, responding to resident issues, documenting accidents, establishing maintenance schedules, inspecting properties, approving overtime, and participating in hiring and disciplinary actions.
The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 60 lb, as well as driving company vehicles and performing computer work. Additional physical activities include climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, kneeling, and operating equipment.
Employees must be able to work a 40‑hour week that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on‑call and overtime as needed. A valid driver’s license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle for service requests, parts pickup, and ground inspections are required.
