The Manager of Compliance Maturity leads the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Maturity Model within PG&E’s Electric Compliance organization. The role ensures sub‑functions align to a common compliance framework and that expectations are adopted across partner functions and the broader organization. It also manages tracking, evidence, documentation, and reporting to demonstrate performance and drive continuous improvement.
The manager works closely with the Chief of Electric Compliance and the Senior Manager of Compliance Strategic Implementation to advance organizational maturity, improve risk visibility, and strengthen a compliance culture. Collaboration extends to operations, engineering, data analytics, quality control, and support teams to embed maturity expectations into daily work.
Compensation is disclosed as a salary range that varies by locality. In the Bay Area the range is $132,000 to $226,000, and for California overall the range is $125,000 to $215,000. The final salary will be set based on skills, experience, education, certifications, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
