Act as subject matter experts for NSC11B and SSC standards in vehicle inspections.
Perform quality testing on new or updated technology.
Ensure quality and compliance in scheduled audits.
Analyze documentation and reports.
Manage performance indicators and achieve response time targets.
Maintain service levels and work independently or as part of a team.
Support Vehicle Inspection Centres and Technicians across Ontario.
Address complex issues and liaise with departments to resolve concerns.
Assist in developing Standard operating procedures and user guides.
Handle program inquiries via audio calls, emails, chats, and video calls.
Conduct and document audits of Safety and Emissions Inspection data.
