Through EPX at DLR Group, interns gain hands‑on experience across all phases of construction, from design charrettes and client meetings to detailed building work. Interns also have opportunities to contribute to business development, marketing pursuits, office events, and discussions about the future of design services.
The paid, full‑time Summer Internship runs from May 19 through August 7, 2026, with the expectation of participation throughout the program. Interns become an integral part of the integrated design team, contributing to commercial, educational, and municipal projects of varying scale and complexity.
